Pedagogy would have a balanced mix of lectures, group discussion, presentations, case analyses, simulation exercises, business games, field visits and project work. The primary emphasis would be on interactive and participative methods of learning. In tandem with the recent advances in training methodology, the program would integrate the use of technology with learning the basic principles in different functional areas of management. The participants will have the benefit of interacting with eminent academics, policy makers and industry leaders who would expose them to the current business and policy issdifferent responsibilities and made to participate in various in-house and industry events.ues.

By keeping overall objective of developing professionals at the core, high emphasis is given to personal development of the candidates, to equip them with required industry standards.
